Joe has significant operating experience. From 2000 to 2006, as chief operating officer, he managed sophisticated real estate construction and leasing, oversaw venture capital investments and worked with a private foundation focusing on environmental issues.
He also led a regional media company with daily newspaper, broadcast and on-line assets.
Joe is currently the President and Publisher of the Santa Barbara Independent, Inc.
